Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. (Such data includes but is not limited to lesson recordings. Storing of each lesson recording will only last for 60 days, upon which it will be deleted. All legal issues or complaints regarding each lesson needs to be filed less than 60 days after the lesson, otherwise, you forfeit any right to file a legal complaint. Legal complaints need to be in line with the terms and conditions of this service, any legal complaint going against the terms of use of this service is also considered null and void. You may request to receive a link to each lesson recording, however, in the event of a legal complaint, only recordings stored by this website are liable for legal purposes (as we will not be responsible for any tampering with the video)).
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

After registering an account for your child, all emails regarding this tutoring service will be sent to the parent or guardian’s email address. In the event that the parent or guardian does not respond by confirming the account, all information gathered from the child is promptly erased. Once the parent or guardian completes the registration process, they can proceed to establish a child Account, including selecting a username and password, and optionally providing the child’s gender.
Note to parents or guardians of children under the age of 13: We encourage you to reach out to us at info@lingua.foundation.com,to review any identifiable information we have gathered concerning your child. If you wish, you may request the deletion of this information and/or specify that no further information about your child be collected. Please be aware that we will need to verify the identity of individuals requesting information about a child to ensure they are indeed the child’s parent or legal guardian. Moreover, kindly note that requesting the deletion of all personal information about a child will result in the cancellation of the child’s tutoring account.
